  • Final website ownership transfers to the client upon full payment.

3.2 Hosting & Maintenance

  • Hosting services are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of hosting.

  • We are not responsible for third-party hosting provider failures or downtime.

  • Clients must back up their data regularly; we are not liable for lost content.

4. Payment Terms

💰 Once-off Design Fees: Paid before the website development begins.
💰 Monthly Hosting Fees: Payable in advance, failure to pay may result in suspension.
💰 Refunds: No refunds on completed website projects or past hosting fees.

Payments are processed securely via our approved payment gateways.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All custom website designs remain CMS Grinding Experts’ intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Clients may not resell, distribute, or claim our designs as their own.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

🚫 CMS Grinding Experts is not liable for:

  • Any losses resulting from website downtime, security breaches, or third-party failures.

  • Errors caused by the client’s modifications or third-party plugins.

  • Any financial loss due to website performance issues.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the last 3 months.

7. Account Registration & Security

  • Users must create secure passwords and maintain account confidentiality.

  • Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately.

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms.

8. Termination of Services

CMS Grinding Experts may suspend or terminate services if:

  • A client violates these terms.

  • Payments are not made on time.

  • The client engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data without consent.

10. Amendments to Terms
