All Insurance operates as a third-party lead generation platform that connects potential clients with insurance providers for car, life, and medical aid insurance. We do not sell insurance directly but facilitate the process of obtaining quotes from verified insurance companies.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

2.2 User Responsibilities

By submitting your details, you:

✔️ Acknowledge that All Insurance is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or policies of third-party insurers.
✔️ Understand that quotes are not binding and may change based on further evaluation.

3. Lead Submission and Processing

🔹 Users submit personal and insurance-related details via our online platform.
🔹 All Insurance forwards these details to insurance providers to generate personalized quotes.
🔹 We strive to match you with the best insurance offers, but we do not guarantee acceptance or final pricing from insurance providers.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

5. Third-Party Relationships

🏆 Debt Review Monthly Draw — Terms & Conditions Feature

1. Overview

The All Insurance Debt Review Monthly Draw (“the Draw”) is a promotional giveaway designed to encourage and reward clients who have successfully registered for debt review through All Insurance’s partnered debt review organisations and made their first payment toward their approved debt solution.

Each month, five (5) winners will each receive R1,500 cash, from the date the promotion begins until 31 December 2025.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for entry into the Draw:

  • Participants must be South African residents, aged 18 years or older.

  • Participants must have submitted valid and accurate details for a debt review lead via All Insurance’s official website, platform or social media page.

  • Participants must have successfully signed up and made their first payment toward a debt solution through one of All Insurance’s verified debt review partners.

  • Employees, affiliates and partners of All Insurance and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry & Qualification

  • Each qualified participant will automatically be entered into the monthly draw once payment confirmation is received from the debt review partner.

  • No manual entries or alternative entry methods are accepted.

  • Each participant may only be entered once per month but may qualify again in subsequent months if they continue to meet eligibility requirements.

4. Draw Process & Winner Selection

  • The draw will take place at the end of each calendar month during the promotional period.

  • Winners will be the first 5 clients who sign up and activate their debt review cover within the current month of the draw.

  • All Insurance’s decision on the draw results is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Winners may be contacted within 7 business days of the draw via the contact details submitted during registration however the prize will be paid automatically.

5. Prize Details

  • Each winner will receive a cash prize of R1,500.00.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative rewards.

  • Payment will be made via EFT to the winner’s verified South African bank account within 14 business days of winner confirmation.

  • Winners may choose to remain anonymous, in which case only their province or city will be disclosed in public announcements.

6. Publicity & Consent

  • By participating, entrants agree that All Insurance may publish the winners’ first name and province for marketing purposes, unless the winner opts out of public disclosure.

  • All Insurance respects POPIA and ensures all personal information is handled securely and confidentially.

7. Verification & Fraud

  • All winners are subject to verification.

  • All Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • All Insurance and its partners will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the Draw or use of the prize.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, All Insurance reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time with due notice.

9. Duration of Promotion

This promotion runs from 01 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, after which no further entries will be considered unless if the promotion participation date is extended.
