All users, including plant machinery and equipment owners, contractors, and service providers, must comply with this policy to maintain a secure and professional environment.

By using our platform, you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in the following activities while using CMS Grinding Experts:

A. Fraudulent or Misleading Activities

  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or transactions.
  • Submitting fake equipment listings or misrepresenting equipment conditions.
  • Renting out machinery that is not owned by or legally under the control of the vendor.

B. Illegal or Unethical Use

  • Using the platform for any activity that violates South African laws or international trade regulations.
  • Leasing equipment for activities related to illegal mining, environmental violations, or unsafe operations.
  • Engaging in bribery, corruption, or unauthorized financial transactions.

C. Security Violations

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform, website, or payment systems.
  • Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized persons to access your account.

D. Payment & Financial Misuse

  • Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without valid grounds.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Avoiding CMS Grinding Experts’ commission or processing fees through off-platform transactions.

E. Harassment & Misconduct

  • Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward other users or CMS Grinding Experts’ staff.
  • Attempting to damage the reputation of CMS Grinding Experts through false claims.

3. Responsibilities of Users

All users must:
✅ Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and transactions.
✅ Ensure that plant machinery & equipment is in good working condition before leasing it.
✅ Use the platform in accordance with South African industry standards and safety regulations.
✅ Respect contractual obligations, including payment terms and return conditions.
✅ Report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to CMS Grinding Experts immediately.

4. Enforcement & Consequences of Violations

CMS Grinding Experts reserves the right to take action against users who violate this policy, including:
⚠️ Account suspension or termination
⚠️ Blacklisting from the platform
⚠️ Legal action or reporting to authorities

We monitor transactions and user activity to ensure compliance. Repeated violations will lead to permanent removal from the platform.
