Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to: All users, partners, vendors, advisors, and affiliates of All Insurance brought to you by CMS Grinding Experts, therefore All Insurance can be referred as CMS Grinding Experts or vice versa.

  • Misrepresent yourself, your credentials, or your relationship with All Insurance.

  • Request or access more data than necessary for the intended use (data minimization).

  • Use the leads or services to market unrelated products or services not approved by All Insurance.

3. Data Handling and Privacy

All users must:

  • Handle customer data responsibly and in full compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

  • Never share, sell, or expose personal data to unauthorized third parties.

  • Report any data breaches, misuse, or suspicious activity immediately to All Insurance.

4. System Use

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.

  • Ensuring your systems are secure and free from malware before connecting to our platform.

  • Not using shared accounts unless expressly authorized.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

All Insurance reserves the right to:

  • Monitor activity to ensure compliance with this policy.

  • Suspend or terminate access to users who violate this policy.

  • Take legal action if misuse or abuse causes harm or violates applicable laws.
